Material Guide


On the Bioresin that we use:

As opposed to traditional resins that are composed primarily of petroleum-based materials, bioresins contain biobased renewable materials sourced as co-products or from waste streams of other industrial processes, such as wood pulp and bio-fuels production.

This reduces environmental impact through a significant reduction in CO2 and greenhouse gas emissions from processing, eliminating harmful byproducts and reducing power and water consumption.

The type of bioresin that we use is epoxy resin. Though epoxy resins are known to yellow overtime due to exposure to UV light,  our bioresin is of high quality and will remain its crystal clear clarity over a few years. However, prolonged and continued exposure to UV light (or sunlight) will cause it to yellow faster.

When you are not using/wearing your bioresin jewellery, we recommend storing it in the cotton pouch provided, or in any place away from UV light.


On the 3D-printed plastic that we use:

Our 3D-printed jewellery is made from strong and flexible plastic (fine polyamide PA), and they are heatproof to 80℃ / 176℉ degrees.

The strong and flexible plastic that we use is dishwasher safe, not watertight, not recyclable and not foodsafe.


On the 3D printed ceramics that we use:

Our 3D printed ceramics is produced with fine ceramic powder, which is bound together with a binder, fired, and glaze with a lead-free, non-toxic finish.

This material is food safe, recyclable and heat resistant (heatproof to 500ºC / 932ºF degrees), but not dishwasher safe.


On the chains and findings that we use:

All chains and findings used in our jewellery items are non-precious and will tarnish over time, especially with prolonged exposure to moisture in the air. Avoid contact with perfumes and perspiration where possible as it will also exacerbate the tarnish process.

We recommend storing your jewellery in the cotton pouch provided when you are not using/wearing it to prolong its lustre and shine.
