Do you ship internationally?

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Your order will be shipped out according to the delivery time(s) stated on the item(s) that you have purchased. You can check the delivery time on each product listing, by clicking on the ‘Delivery’ tab.

If you have ordered more than one item in a single order and they have varying delivery times, your order will be shipped out according to the item with the longest delivery times.

You may choose to separate your order  if you would like the items with shorter delivery times to be shipped out first.

Once your item is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking code.


I placed an order / received my items but changed my mind. Can I cancel / return it?

Once an order is processed, no cancellation of orders will be allowed.

If you have received your order and have any issues pertaining to it, please write to us within 3 working days and we will try out best to resolve it.

We are however unable to offer a refund for certain items – read more about our policies on our Returns page.


What types of payment do you accept?

At the moment, we only accept payment via paypal, debit or credit card (you can choose to do a guest check out on paypal via debit or credit card).

We do not accept payment via cash, bank transfer or cheque. If you do not have a credit card or paypal account and would like to purchase an item or two from us, here’s a few alternatives:

      1. Visit us at any of our stockists (do note that our stockists carry just a small selection of our products)
      2. Visit us at our bazaars or markets (follow us on facebook or instagram for event updates)
      3. E-mew us your order and make an appointment with us to pick up your purchase (we can only hold the items for you for 3 working days)


I noticed that you have an Etsy store as well. Is there any difference purchasing from the Etsy store VS this online store?

We have the full range of products on this online store, whereas Etsy may have a slightly smaller range. For example, limited edition items, or items with limited stock, may be listed exclusively on our online store.

There is also another slight difference: the shipping fees. Etsy calculates shipping per item + additional item, while our online store calculates shipping via weight. Invariably, there will be a difference. You may calculate your shipping on both portals and decide which to purchase from. We will not be able to refund any differences in shipping fees arising from the two portals.

Lastly, Etsy coupon codes can only work on our Etsy store, and online store coupon codes can only work on our online store. If you have received an Etsy coupon code from us, you may redeem it on our Etsy store at


Do you offer gift wrap?

All jewellery items come individually packaged with a cute cotton drawstring pouch – purrfect for gifting!

For non-jewellery items (e.g. stationery, cushions, jewellery storage), we currently do not offer gift packaging due to their bulky nature.


Can I request a custom order?

It depends! We have accepted several custom orders in the form of colour requests, product add ons and converting necklace pendents to earrings, etc. If you would like to request a custom order, please drop us an e-mew here and we will let you know if we can take up your custom order.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept all custom orders, but we will try our best to work out something for you.

We require a full payment for all accepted and confirmed custom orders before we proceed to make your order. We will send you a custom link for payment where you can check the details of your order before making payment.


I own a shop and would like to carry your products. [Or] I work for a cat welfare group and we are looking for partners. Can we meow?

Definitely! Whether you are a boutique owner or from a cat welfare group, we are always looking for partners to grow our brand and help the local cat community. Please drop us an e-mew here and we will be happy to discuss further.


Can I feature your products online?

Yes of course! You may share our products on your blog and social media sites – but you must link them back to our website.

You are not allowed to use our images to resell products or for any commercial use without our prior permission. Please do not steal our images and pose them as your own.  Legal action will be taken against parties that carry out such acts aforementioned.
